Returns and Exchange Policy 

At Binaf, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product due to defects, damages, or receiving an incorrect item. Please read our returns and return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may initiate a return or exchange only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered (e.g., wrong size, item not as ordered).

  • All return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges after this period will not be accepted.

2. Sale Items / Final Sale Products

  • Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted/final-price event are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Sale / Final Sale products are final sale products and all sales are final.

  • This includes all clearance, discount codes, flash sale items, and seasonal offers.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Log in to your Binaf account.

  • Go to Order History, select the relevant product, and click Return / Exchange.

  • Complete the steps with a valid reason and photos if requested.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 81693 29446 to request assistance.

4. Return / Exchange Conditions
To be accepted, returned products must be:

  • In original, unworn, unwashed, unused condition

  • With original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact

  • Returned in a secure package to prevent freight damage

5. Shipping & Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we aren’t responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Refunds are issued as store credit / online credit only (not refunds to original payment method).

  • Store credit will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If you choose an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is received and approved.

7. Exceptions & Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear after delivery

  • Items returned after the 7-day period

  • Sale / discounted / final sale items (see section 2)

  • Personalized/customized orders (as already stated on the customization section)

8. Wrong / Defective Item Guarantee
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within the eligible period and refund your return shipping cost.
