Returns and Exchanges:

a. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can start a return from your account within 7 days of delivery. Go to your order history, select the relevant order, state the reason, and our team will guide you through the process.

b. Products being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet these criteria.

c. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or wrongly described products will be covered by us. However, return shipping costs for other reasons, such as change of mind, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

a. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product being returned and inspected.

b. Refunds for products returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect description will include both the product cost and the original shipping cost.

c. For other reasons, such as change of mind, refunds will only include the product cost, excluding the original shipping cost.
