- Navigate to the "Order History" section.
- Locate the specific order containing the product you wish to return and click on "Return."
- Follow the provided instructions to complete the return request.

3. Return Acceptance and Processing:
Once your return request is received, our team will assess the eligibility of the return based on the provided information. If your return request is accepted, the following terms apply:

- We will process the refund in the form of store credit or online credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process the credit refund from the date the return request is approved.

4. Packaging and Shipping for Returns:
When returning a product, please ensure:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- All accessories, tags, and labels are intact.
- The return package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Non-Eligible Returns:
We will not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Products that show signs of wear and tear.
- Products returned beyond the 7-day window from the delivery date.

At Binaf, each customization order is a personalized process that involves careful planning, numerous consultations, and a dedicated team working to bring your vision to life. Due to the highly bespoke nature of these orders, refunds are not possible at any stage of the customization process.

This policy applies regardless of when the order is canceled — even if it is canceled the same day or the following day. By the time your order is placed, significant time and effort have already been invested in understanding your requirements, conducting detailed discussions, and preparing for the design execution.
